Lou and Kim Barrows have been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2009. Averaging more than 50 transactions per year and over $30 million in annual sales volume, they have built a proven system of service, communication, and support to guide clients through every step of the real estate process.
Lou is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Rhode Island and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts and Connecticut. His background in home construction and site work provides valuable insight when evaluating, buying, or selling a property. Lou also serves as the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty Leading Edge, where he and Kim are Managing Partners.
Kim oversees marketing, operations, and finance, drawing on her background in corporate finance to create the systems, organization, and marketing strategies that support their clients and transactions.
With experienced sales and transaction support behind them, Lou and Kim provide knowledgeable guidance, responsive communication, and personalized service from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
